PE Unit Construction includes:

- IMP type foamed panel construction of roof and walls
      • Up to 6" thick panels, with R-49 rating
      • Cam-lock design for vapor-tight panel-to-panel seal
      • Standard smooth galvanized interior finish
      • White embossed galvanized exterior finish
      • Optional stainless steel, aluminum and non-metallic surfaces available

- Full sized freezer doors for unit access
      • Flush-mount door with compressible gaskets
      • Double latch with interior/exterior release mechanism
      • Heated door jambs pre-wired to junction box

- Unit designed for installation on flat roof

- Galvanized steel construction of internal structure

- Walk-on gratings over return air opening and supply fans

- Standard 1200 RPM TEAO, EPAC efficiency motors
      • Fan motors pre-wired to a NEMA-4 junction box on the unit exterior
      • Motors include low temperature grease

- Aluminum prop fans for efficient operation
      • Adjustable fans used for light duty applications (coolers and low horsepower)
      • Rugged cast fans used for heavy duty applications (freezers and higher horsepower)

- Fan/motor service davit

- Units with hot gas pan coils are shipped with a full size hot gas check valve
